DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to our Site or to the items and products purchased here shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Elkhart, Indiana. However; if you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate our intellectual property rights, we may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in Indiana. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a final judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. 

DISCOUNT CODES & PROMOTIONS

Discount codes and promotions are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice at any time. Only one discount may be used per order and these cannot be used against exchanges.

MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms of Use constitutes the entire and only Terms of Use between Stash Boutique Consignment, LLC and each user of the Site with respect to the subject matter of these Terms of Use. If any provision of these Terms of Use be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions will not be affected.

The failure of Stash Boutique Consignment, LLC to insist upon strict adherence to any term of these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver such term and shall not be considered a waiver or limit that party's right thereafter to insist upon strict adherence to that term or any other term contained in these Terms of Use. 

SHIPPING POLICY

We will ship anywhere in the continental United States with standard shipping. But we do not ship internationally or anywhere outside the United States.

All orders are subject to 24-72 hours process time. If an order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, it will begin processing the following Tuesday (excluding holidays). You will receive the order tracking information for your package once the item has been processed and picked up by the carrier option chosen. Shipping is subject to weight and location.

Because we ship via USPS some packages may be delayed because of COVID-19, holidays, weather conditions, etc.

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns of clothing and shoes purchased on our website within 3 days of your order's delivery date. The clothing or shoes must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with our tags still attached. 

All handbags, jewelry, accessories and sale items are FINAL SALE items and cannot be returned.

The items that you are interested in returning must be returned to us in the same condition as when they were sent out.

Please note that return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. We reserve the right to turn down a return request if it does not comply with our policies.
